Greetings - we are attempting to learn if users of the Library of Virginia's
searchable databases are experiencing error messages.  The error message
reads as follows:

"Failed to Contact Server"

Or, if users are experiencing long waits (more than 15 seconds) before a
search result or a screen is displayed.

If you could contact me privately (not on the list) and let me know if
you have received this message within the past two (2) weeks and if
you would be willing to provide me with additional information, I
will greatly appreciate it.
