FYI,
I live in Prince George's County MD now. I was surprised when I
looked
up Frederick Co MD in the 8th Ed. of the Handy Book for Genalogists--
Frederick Co was created from Prince George's County in 1748. So if Owen
Owen was born in 1752 in what is now Frederick Co, he would have been
in Frederick Co when he was born.
