We are currently printing to paper and retain/destroy as VA Library
standards require. Our system administrator has set a limit on our e-mail
where we periodically have to go in and erase e-mail.

Subject: E-mail Retention/Destruction
Just thought I'd ask - how is everybody handling the issue of
e-mail? I would like to know what type of systems different organizations
are using to retain and destroy e-mail.
We (Stafford County Public Schools) are in the process of
evaluating our options (print to
paper, store on hard drives & LAN, or purchasing electronic
recordskeeping software). I am interested in any input that any of you
might have concerning this issue!
