I recently applied for and got information about grandparents death from the
Department of Vital Statistics in Richmond. My question has to do with the
form in which this came back to me.
One died in 1960 and one in 1963. Both died in Lynchburg and in the same
hospital. On one I got a Certificate of Death with all the details. ON the
other I got a Certification of Death that gave name, date of birth and date
of death.
One was issued on July 1, 2009, and the other July 7, 2009. They were both
signed by the same person.
Any thoughts
