Does anyone know where along the Chickahominy River Drummond's Neck was
in the 1740s? I cannot locate it on any maps for later periods, and of
course, with no local records left to help for James City County. There
was a ferry that ran between this point and Cowles Ferry in Charles City
County. I'm trying to pinpoint both locations. Cowles may have morphed
into Coles in later years as there was a Coles Ferry between CC Co. and
New Kent in the 19th century. I've checked Swem's Index and lots of
other sources.

Thanks for any help.

Eric
