I have read both books on Westmoreland County By Cassandra Burton, I
recently have traced my genealogy to the Colonial beach area.My family
appear on the census records from 1870 to 1900. My family names are
Anderson & Susan Walls (Wall). I believe both of my Great Great Gradparents,
Anderson & Susan are buried there. I would love to find out more about the
area and what additional info I could find out by visting local historical
societies. gravesites, churches etc. I am very interested in A T Johnson High
School. Are records available on students that attended from 1938 to 1950.
One of the students I am interested in is Bernice Carter.
I have lots of documents supporting my family connection to Washington,
Westmoreland County Va. I would apprecate any direction or assistance that
will help me furthur my resarch.

Thanks,
Violetta Sharps Jones
