Do you need a copy of the actual will or would a transcript do? I will
be down at my Dallas TX Library this weekend and they have transcripts of
Stafford County, VA Wills from the 1730's. I know because my Wigginton
ancestors wills are there. Who are you looking for?
>>>>I find myself in desperate need of a will that was probated in Stafford
County in 1734. Since a trip to Stafford is not likely in the near future,
would I be better off to write to the Clerk in Stafford? the State
Archives? Or try to find a researcher-for-hire in Stafford? Any help
appreciated.
