Greetings - a subscriber is having a problem with his receipt of the
VA-ROOTS digest messages.

Each message in the digest should be separated with a dashed line, to
facilitate reading each message.

However, this subscriber's digests do not include this dashed line.

If those of you who are using Eudora, and receive the VA-ROOTS digest, have
any suggestions about solving this problem, please respond to me privately.
I'm stumped.
