Occassionally we have come across a microfilm that has colonial tithable lists or election poll lists on it. In the past we didn't copy anything unless it pertained to our specific research. However these old lists do give us a "census" for a specific county and year. A new web page will be devoted to these colonial lists. For right now you can find a link to the colonial lists in the County/City Tax List Table, located underneath the name of the county.

We have uploaded our images for the Lancaster 1745 Tithable List. There are several different lists in this group of 11 images. Some of the images are large so be patient while downloading the images. At this time indexes are a lower priority than our other tax list indexes. Do not look for them any time soon. Click on the "Colonial Lists" link directly under the county name in the County Tax List Table, located at:
