In respoinse to the following message about Fairfax County Library: The
subscription Fairfax County Library has to Ancestry Plus databases  can be
accessed  with a Fairfax County Library Card needed for passord information.
Their library home page link to databases, then to DaleNet will get you
there.  The password is your easibly obtainable library card ID.

I checked the website and found the following:
AncestryPlus
(AncestryPlus is available only in Library branches due to licensing
restrictions.)

So, while you can get the accedss, you must be in one of their branches!
