Volume 12 (the next to last volume) of Henings Statutes at Large, is now 
complete at

this volume contains the legislation enacted 1785-1788.

Things are getting back to normal after the formation of the Federal Union. 
... The laws pertaining to electors for the President and congressmen are 
in place, and that concerning cession of the North Western Territory has 
been amended to satisfy congressional quibbles ... Legislation setting up a 
convention for Kentucky citizens to decide yea or nay on becoming a 
separate state has been passed (wonder what they will decide? )


I should complete Vol 13 (1789-1792) by the end of May.
