Thank you, Hank...I wish I had a copy of the paper version of Chataigne's
Richmond City Directory. Last night I discovered that the 1887 version was
really the 1877 version...I let Ancestry know...I don't know if it was a
type of Chataigne's or what.  I am still getting the hang of this
directory...Frankly, I strongly dislike using computer images for
research..I prefer the written on paper word.

If I may ask, how did you come to all of this additional information?
 Cross researach the names at the address to the alphabetical names?
