You might want to contact a lady named Julie at  [log in to unmask] She 
has been transcribing minister returns and posting  them on many county 
websites. She also has some marriage bonds from Frederick  County for the years 
174?-1784 (I think those were the years). I did NOT see  any Hickmans on the 
bond list but she may have more not posted yet. I also did  NOT see any 
Hickmans listed on the minister returns I checked, but again, she  may have some
