Registration deadline is Friday, April 17 for GRIVA's one-day motor coach
trip to Raleigh, North Carolina, scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2015.
Contact trip coordinator, Anne Price, [log in to unmask] now to reserve
your seat!

Passengers can board the coach at 6:45am at the LDS Church parking lot, 5600
Monument Avenue, Richmond; 7:00am in the Martin’s parking lot, 3000
Stony Point Road, Richmond; and at 7:30am at Southpark Mall, Colonial
Heights, in the Regal Cinema parking lot. Fare for the trip is $45 for
GRIVA members and $55 for non-members. Lunch is not included.

The North Carolina Archives requires visitor identification (Social
Security number or Virginia Driver's License number) before arrival from
all researchers, therefore it is important to register early. The staff at
the North Carolina Archives is very helpful and will be ready for us when
we arrive.

We will stop at Ralph's in Roanoke Rapids for a quick dinner. We should
return to Richmond around 7:30pm. Please consider joining us for this trip.
We're looking forward to a fun, productive day!

The Genealogical Research Institute of Virginia, an educational not for
profit organization, was founded in 1981 to promote and encourage accurate
genealogical and historical research. For more details on these activities
and more, please see GRIVA.org.
