Does anyone know if there is a plat book and/or residential directory for
the Flat Creek area of Mecklenburg County, VA prior to 1870.

The Flat Creek area included much of what is now South Hill, as well as
some lesser-populated areas like Lombardy Grove, Smiths Crossroads, and
Dockery.
