Subject: Brick Wall - Benj. Settle/Suttle & wife Winifred Bates of 
Louisa Co., VA

Any information covering Benj. Settle/Suttle & wife Winifred Bates of
Louisa Co., VA about 1790.

Apparently, the couple died early and left two orphans,
namely John and Winifred.  The orphans were raised by
Bates uncles.  John raised by uncle William Bates of
Amherst Co., VA, and Winifred raised by Uncle
James Bates, went to KY and then MO.

Are there any orphan or Guardian records for the area.
