Right Joy, and Lewis had land from near the James River in north Nandsemond down to the Chowan Precinct of Albemarle county that would land in NC in the 1663-1665 period. In addition Chowan county property "moved" as well to Hertford, Bertie and Gates counties. So the elusive CatawasKey meadow (creek, point????/) is in NC thanks................I will follow the lead and find Ms Hofman's publication........Thanks a lot. George
