I recently purchased a copy of the 1840 Franklin Co. census but I don't
have a way to interpret the numbers following the head of household name.
There is no information given in the book as to what the columns would be
on the 1840 census so I am at a lost to know what each number represents. I
know that they are the ages of the persons but "what would that age be?"
Would anyone have info on what are the headings of the columns on the 1840
Franklin County census ? I would appreciate hearing from you!

Thanks so very much,
Bev < [log in to unmask] >
