Hi all,

I have a reference from Buckingham Land Tax Summaries & Implied Deeds as
follows:

Hatcher, Martha. 1795 - owned 100 AC with Thomas Hatcher.

My understanding is that single women could inherit land in their own name,
and widowed women owned land they inherited, but under what circumstances
would a woman own land WITH another man who appears to be related?
