This Ransom Adair (son of John Adair & Telitha White) was a brother
of Stewart Adair of Mingo Co.WV., Stewart Married Ruth Starr, grand
daughter of John Starr & Juliet Taylor of Logan Co.VA.(WV).

Stewart & Ruth also had a son named Ransom Adair (nicknamed "Rank"),
who died in Wood County, WV.
