Hello everyone,
I have a Hampshire Co. Court Minute Record dated 1788 stating Abraham Good
as a Plaintiff, named as a plaintiff. I was wondering if to be named a
plaintiff in 1788 would Abraham have to be an adult?

I was using this date to help me determine his age.

Thanks for you help.

Sincerely, Bill Good
