Does anyone know if the LVA will replace those old worn out Death
Certificate Index reels?  I tried my best to read some pages recently but
there are some impossible to see as all of the emulsion has been
scraped/worn off the film to a point there is nothing left to read.  Even
using a magnifying glass doesn't help.

Also, they only go up to 1954.  I am sure newer years are now eligible for
release - up to what year and when will they be added?
