Am seeking information on Henry Clay who married Mary "Polly" Anderson in
1838 in Pike County, KY. This couple is listed in the 1860 Wyoming County,
VA/WV census in the following manner:

Elizabeth       18

Lucy                14
Solomon             11
Margarette      8
Calbert         6
Charles             4
Melvina         1
Henry               1/12

The children older than Charles were born in KY. Charles & those younger than
Charles were born in VA. This would date the relocation of this family from
Pike County, KY to Wyoming County, VA/WV as circa 1855.

It has been reported that this Henry Clay was born circa 1810 in VA & was the
s/o of a Mastin or Marston Clay.

No connection has been found between this Henry Clay & the 78-yr-old Henry
Clay also residing in 1860 Wyoming County, VA/WV. The  78-year-old Henry Clay
is descended from the Mitchell Clay line.
