Have you checked at NARA? Some pages might also be on Fold3. There are a couple of independent researches who pull files for a small fee. If you want the contact info, just email me.

Subject: Widows Revoluntionary War Pensions
Where might I obtain the pension files for two Revolutionary War widows residing in Frederick County, Virginia? Quoting from Bockstruck's "Revolutionary War Pensions, awarded 1775-1905":
"Duncan, John. Va. - . He died in service about the last of May 1779. His widow, Mary Duncan, and two children were furnished £20 support in Frederick Co., Va. on 5 Sep. 1780. She was on the pension list in 1785."
"Duncan, Samuel. Va. - . He died in the service. His widow, Mary Duncan, and two children were furnished £20 support in Frederick Co., Va. on 7 Sep. 1779 and on 5 June 1782."
Thanks,
Ed Smith
