Someone recently sent me an email (which I cannot now find) about the possibility of my CC Vincent having a daughter Eugenia. Because my Minnie Hall Vincent Cofer was a later child, it only vauel rang a bells. Well, toda I was in the DAR Library and went through the 1850 City of Petersburg Census and saw that yes, he did have a second child, spelled there Ugene (but noted as F); the oldest child, Esther (listed there as Hester) married in 1870s and died shortly thereafter (her husband and child are in the 1880 Census living with CC & Tabitha Vincent - on Sycamore Street, my grandmother's notes say). Hope this is helpful to someone.
