I enjoy using Heritage Quest at home using library card  to obtain  entry to
the data base.
The books are wonderful. Many of them are not available  at our library and
finding material in books besides using the censuses has enabled me to
spend  many hours researching  at hours such as now (3:20 a.m.)

The lack of census indices for several years hasn't limited my research. I
just browse the states and counties and years of interest until I find what
I need.  Also like the method Heritage Quest has to print out censuses pages
with citation on top of page.

Have Ancestry also and use it quite a bit to dig into records again not
available locally. What with $3.00 a gallon gasoline, parking fees and
rental fee for film I am pleased to  have Ancestry available at home.

All this may be the tip of the ice berg, but fortunately it alerts us to the
fact that an ice berg exists under that vast ocean which we much fish in to
find our ancestors records.
