I have seen the name of James Douglass in VA and in GA. Through DNA we
know that we are related to some of the Douglass family in the Bedford
County, VA area. But the exact ties are unknown. We are trying to
determine David's earlier life in VA. Do you know the parents of James?

Sandra

I have some Douglases in my family. A gg grand mother named Martha
Douglas. hence a lot of Marthas in the family.

My oldest was James Douglas 1745-90 d Franklin County N C. Edgecombe
Cy seems to be where they lived.

Would appreciate hearing of any connections.
