I have often wondered where one should indicate the place of death when
the person may have been taken to a hospital out of the county in which
they lived (rural area) and maybe lived for a day or two or three after
perhaps a heart attack.

Or maybe lived in a nursing home for a short period of time out of the
immediate area in which they lived for most of their life.
