Looking for "Captain" Foster who came to Cecil county, Maryland with wife (a 
Scottish "lady of rank" and two children in 1760. Would like to know his 
real first name and military unit. His offspring later moved to Williamsburg 
and Richmond while he stayed in Maryland.?
