Does anyone out there have a clue as to possible  existence of copies OR
originals of Richmond County Order Books 22, 23, 24.  According to Rosa Forrester
( chief county clerk for Richmond County since  1970), these books were
missing when she assumed her  duties.
    I am hoping that someone will recall if these could  possibly be at LOV,
VHS or even in someone's private library. Order book 21 ends  with the year
1794 and Order Book 24 starts with year 1816.Bill  McCarty
