Also, be sure to check your local libraries for this book.  I checked the
local library here in Virginia Beach and there was a copy at my neighborhood
branch.  Also at the university library.  So, if you have a college in your
town, go on line and check their catalog - that might save you a trip to
Richmond.

The Library of Virginia (Va St Lib)  published in 1978
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA,
JULY 30, 1619 TO JANUARY 11, 1978.  It will
includes all known legislators and should answer
your question.
