I believe Ancestry has just changed their whole setup. I have been going to
my local library and looking at files for a couple of years. The library
paid for the subscription. Now Ancestry is changing. Today when I went to
look up some Virginia and Ohio records, I was asked for a login and a
password. I talked to the people in charge, and they said they have to pay
quite a bit more money for the new setup and thought it was all changed,
but it hadn't. They are going to call Ancestry Monday and find out about
their contract.

Is it possible that it has been confused by Robin with WorldCat which can
be made available for remote patron authentication?
