So far my first message was returned, with the message that the host  was not 
found.  My second message was not put forth to the list with the  explanation 
that I had already recently sent a message!  I am now sending  the third try, 
under the advice of the LVA message which says I need to explain  to everyone 
why they may be receiving multiple messages from  me.
