William Sterling b. Scotland, abt 1790 (per 1850 VA census-Richmond City)
married 1-Unk, sons- 1-John V. born 1841/VA, died 1905, Phila., PA (my g-grandfather), 2-George b. abt 1842/VA. (no further info).
William married 2-Jennet Ritchie,   Dec. 18, 1849, Richmond, Va. Jennet b. abt 1810, VA.

Have been able to follow John V. line without much difficulty, but can find nothing else on William, George, or Jennet.  Anyone have any suggestions?
