My e-mail box this morning contains a large number of error messages
indicating that some people, whether they are subscribers is not
immediately clear, attempted to post messages to the list from Twitter
accounts. I suspect that they are the usual garden variety of spam
messages, of which our server rejects great numbers every day.
 
The server automatically rejects messages from Twitter accounts because
of the format in which they were submitted and because they may have
images, which are not admitted for security protection against spam and
viruses.
 
Please, do not submit any messages from a Twitter account, because the
computer will not let them through, and I cannot forward them and will
not try to forward them.
