They're up to about 125 CD's of voluntarily submitted information.
However, if you have FTM, you are automatically "reminded" to submit your
entire file, every time you add 100 people to it (unless you turn that
off, but you need some computer knowledge to do that).  So, even on the
same CD, there are virtually identical files.  And they have gradually
decreased the number of files on each CD, so each one is worth even less.

FTM never did provide you with the submitter's email address.  They never
even ask for it.  They provide you with only a street address (or PO
Box), which of course can change.  They do update that information IF the
submitter provides them with the information.   To the best of my
knowledge there was never any reward for sending a file to them.  You
didn't even get a discount on the CD that had your information on it.
