I came in late on this, but the LVA maintains a list of Virginia
researchers that is available to anyone for the asking. So does the
Virginia Genealogical Society. The VGS list is available online. The
LVA list is not, but perhaps should be. Anyone who wants to provide
research services should contact these organizations to place their
name of the list.
