The courts' orders submitted clearly reveal that, contrary to Mr. Gill's assertion that there were "no divorces" before the Revolution, that such events, rare as those final and divorces a mensa et thoro were, did exist.

Similarly, none of us at this distance can predict what the Council or legislature might or might not have done as a result of those decisions.
