The Douglas Register doesn't list any children for William Hodges and
Elizabeth Cocke.  That might have been a second marriage.

There are various probate records in Goochland Co. that might shed some
light on the Williams:

Welton W. Hodges   1772 Book10  pg 244
William Hodges        1807         19      694
William Hodges        1827         27        19

Likewise, one of the various Cocke probate records in Goochland Co. might
mention a daughter Elizabeth Hodges.  When you get the Williams all
unravelled, I hope you will let us know......
