Thus, I and others on this list truly would like to know of your source(s) for the first statement in your advice given below, especially where an illegitimate child has been recognized/declared to be his own by the natural/birth father.   An illegitimate child could not inherit from the father, even if the child was acknowledged in court.  An illegitimate child would NOT be included in "All my surviving children", and would have no standing in court. [ An illegitimate child could inherit from the mother].....
