Ann,
Folks in Richmond sent my aunt the death certificates on her brothers, so
believe that brothers and sisters must be considered by them to be
"immediate family."  She asked for these certificates for genealogy and
medical history information.  I was led to believe, however, that I could
not get these same death certificates on my uncles - or those on my
grandfather and my grandmother - because I am not "immediate family" to them.
