On some of the census entries, there is a place where a user can post
a comment. I found several entries of a particular surname with the
wrong county (I've seen the images on microfilm, and was absolutely
certain that they had made an error. The state and page numbers were
correct.) I clicked on the "Make a Comment" button and posted the
correct information.

This solution would not be very efficient for the type of error that
Robert reports, but perhaps others will find it useful for individual
entry errors.
