Rachael (Thrift) Gullatt widow of Peter Gullatt mentioned in her father Charles Thrift's 1790 will. Nothing after that. Peter Gullatt a blacksmith is on the 1782 Fairfax Co. tax list. Rachael is on later lists as widow. Peter died Mar. 1784 Truro Parish Fairfax Co. When was she born and when and where did she die.

There is a 90-100 year old female with her son Charles Gullatt on the 1830 Loudoun Co. VA census, is this her? Her husband Peter Gullatt was b. 1740 St.Stephens Parish, Cecil Co. MD, first appears in Fairfax Co. in 1768. Spelling was changed from Gullett to Gullatt with death of Peter's father John Gullett/Gullatt Aug 1753 St. Stephens Parish, Cecil Co. MD. Peter Gullat is on the 1761 Cecil Co. tax list on his 21st birthday.

Four of their children moved to Lincoln Co. GA ca 1800. Son John (my GGgrandfather) from Lincoln Co to Jackson Co. AL in 1816.

Clay
