In the past I have (as you probably have) pulled up records, in hand or on microfische and the like, and copied an entire page. Of course mine is only one family on a listing, in the case of a Census page, and the rest is what I call periphery details. Sometimes the neighbors are clues to more family but for the most part, these are unimportant to me. But they may be important to you and save you a dribble of time.
