I am trying to locate where "Mockjacke Bay" was in Va 1652.
That is very close, sound wise, to "Mobjack Bay" (and I have only heard it so
am not sure of the spelling) that is /was in the area near Poquoson, VA.
Also, USGS has a section that keeps a tally of place names in the US, both
historical and current. They can and will always help with finding a place name.
