After a two year absence, the Friends of the Virginia State Archives are
pleased to announce the return of their popular "Straight to the Source"
program on Friday, April 1, 2022, at the Library of Virginia. The program
is in its 28th year and is an opportunity for participants to hear directly
from experienced staff about new and helpful resources at LVA. This year,
four staff presentations address census records, African American migration
records, enhancements to the Library's on-line catalog, and the research
potential of ephemera in the Library's Special Collections.

A program brochure and registration information is available at
https://friendsvirginiaarchives.org or by sending a request to
[log in to unmask] The registration deadline is March 22,
2022 and attendance is limited.

We hope you will join us again for "Straight to the Source." You will
enjoy it. Bring a friend.

*Conley L. Edwards*
President, Friends of the Virginia State Archives
