I was at the library and looked at the Virginia birth index and marriage
index. There was no Arthur Ford b. Feb 22, and no child with surname
Ford b. Feb 22. There was no marriage listed in the marriage index for
Arthur Ford around Richmond,VA between 1900 and 1920.
The 1910 census has an Arthur Ford, b. 1881, living in Powhatan Co., VA,
but he was born 26 Jun 1881, according to his World War I Draft Card. He
had an 18 year old wife, Sallie, and living with them were her siblings,
surname Coleman. The couple living next door could be her parents.
The 1920 census has an Arthur Ford, b. 1881, widowed, living in Richmond
Madison Ward, Richmond (Independent City), Virginia.
