Hinshaws, "Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy Vol VI covers Virginia.
Many of the early Quaker records were lost.  You didn't give any timeframe
for your Quakers in Perquimans which is covered in Vol.1.  Again most of the
pre 1700 records are lost.  Hinshaw's Vol VI doesn't list any meetings in
Carroll or Grayson Counties Virginia.  I followed county creation back to
Essex and King and Queen and again Hinshaw did not list any meetings in
those counties.

The only Mayberry listed in the Campbell county marriage bonds. p. 837
