Every now and again somebody will post a message that contains coding of
one kind or another. Those messages do not translate through our
computers, which are configured to keep attachments and other
potentially dangerous ingredients from being distributed to the
subscribers.

I am afraid that I do not understand the technicalities, only that you
should not try to send anything in, or containing, coded text. Clean
typed text should always work.

PS: I will inquire about the problems some people mentioned this weekend
about getting access to digitized documents on the LVA web site and will
report back when I learn something.
