Ha!  I think that depends on how long your legs are!   At 5'2"  a 15 minute
mile is picking them up and putting them down.  It always irritated me when
some long legged person strolled by me when my little legs were churning up
the dust. To me -- a leisurely walking rate is 3 miles an hour -- at best.
<very big grin> And that does not take into consideration hills, rocky
roads, mud, high grass.
